INTERNET DANGER: Don't sell raw fish on Facebook!
As if you didn't have enough to worry about in regard to the fish you eat, with messages from Great-Aunt Inez claiming tilapia is raised in China.
Now, if you privately sell someone sashimi through a food-sharing Facebook group, you could get jail time.PersonalLiberty.com reports the grim story:
AUGNM is not weighing in on whether or not food-sharing/trading Facebook groups are a good idea--rational people can evaluate the pros and cons for themselves. AUGNM is not making a judgment on the facts of the case--just asking people to remember: caveat emptor, and let the seller beware too. Especially with Thanksgiving coming up.
